We know registration can sometimes be stressful and frustrating, so for DNC23 we're going to try things a little differently by going with a lottery format. Please only fill out one application per team (duplicate applications will be removed). 

In order to honor "Les Amis du Défi" who have supported us through the years, you will get one extra draw entry for each year either you or your teammate has participated in the event. If both teammates participated in the same year, this counts for one extra entry only. If you can't remember what years you participated please can consult with the results page on our website. For those who have never participated in the event, you will still receive one entry by completing the lottery form.    

Lottery applications will be open until February 24th with the draw to happen on March 1, 2023.

Canoes: As with previous years, a limited number of canoe rentals will be available. When completing your lottery form, please indicate if need to rent a canoe or if you are able to bring your own. A separate draw will take place for each group. Canoes rented through the race organization will be transported to the event site and throughout the race. Teams bringing their own canoe will have their canoe transported by during the race but will be responsible for transporting their canoes between day 1 & 2.

Fees: 

• With canoe rental included: $500 + Fees & HST (Team of two - male, female, or mixed)

• Without canoe rental: $420 + Fees & HST (Team of two - male, female, or mixed) 

 

Refund Policy: Excluding event cancelation, no refunds shall be issued at anytime. Teams unable to attend may be able to transfer their registration to another team upon notifying the organizing committee.

Entry Includes: Professionally designed and managed race-course, transportation of all gear between transition areas, swag bag, post race meal on both days, hand crafted finisher medal, emergency tracking device rental, bus transportation to and from the course start/finish and an adventure of a lifetime!
