- Competitive: Coed teams of 4 (must include at least 1 female or 1 male participant)
- Open: Teams of 2, 3, or 4, can be coed, or single gender

Distance: 140 to 150 kilometres

As a competitor in the Défi Nepisiguit Challenge, there are a variety of different rules & regulations you and your team need to be familiar with.
These rules & regulations are in place to help ensure your safety and the safety of your fellow competitors. Failure to abide by these rules & regulations may lead to time penalties, or in some cases, disqualification.
